Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales made on Beauty Icon by MN  are final sales. If there are specifics then we recommend visiting our Facebook page and sending us a detailed message.

Shipping

• We offer Standard Delivery (4-5 working days) for PKR 250. During sales, the delivery time can increase up to 7 working days. 
• Orders are shipped the next day of the order if all information provided is correct. In case of missing or incorrect details, we will reach out to you via email or contact number to get the information.
• Orders are only shipped on working days, which do not include Saturday, Sunday, or any public holidays.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery,Online Payment through credit or debits cards as a payment option.

Delivery

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Ensure you are available on your provided contact number when the shipping company tries contacting you.
